Replacing the brake disk peredneo



Check technical condition of front brake disc spend in the following order:
hang out the front of the car and fix on the support post. Remove a corresponding forward wheel;
diagonal screw without tightening the two screws on the wheel.
Clean the disc from corrosion and check for wear and defects; using a micrometer, check the thickness of the disc;
using a dial gauge, check the runout of the brake disc. It is checked at a distance of 10 mm from the outer edge of the disc.

Removing the front brake disc procedure is as follows (Fig. 12.10):
Remove the caliper holder without disconnecting the brake hose; using wire, hang the caliper to the front of the rack;
Unscrew the wheel bolts, which were installed at the check disk;
Unscrew the screw securing the brake disc to the hub and remove the drive.
The installation of front brake disc spend to sequences, return to removal.
