Check the toothed belt for A tears, transverse faults, cracks (cover side), in the wear tracks of sidewalls with wear of the working surface, D cracks (at the base of teeth) (Fig. 2.3). Peeling layers (upper layer, the working surface). Cracks top layer (polymeric coating). Traces of oil and grease.

NOTE
If defects are found the toothed belt must always replace. This prevents possible problems and the failure of some functions. Replacing the toothed belt is a repair measure.
