- Install the valve stem seal valve stem. For this purpose there is a special tool (10-204), which is used as follows:

Installing the valve stem seals the valve stem
Fig. 52. Install the valve stem seals rods: 1 - a plastic sleeve; 2 - the valve stem seal; 3 - an instrument;

1) onto the plastic plug 1 (Fig. 52) of the special tool on the protruding portion of the valve sleeve;
2) thoroughly lubricate the cap 2 and put it on a plastic sleeve;
3) to install the tool on the cap 3 and gently pressing the latter in the direction of the valve sleeve. Please note that the caps when installing such an instrument could be damaged, resulting in oil consumption will be significant;
- If the wire lapping of valves, they must be sure to enter in the appropriate seat, since all the valves ground in only their saddles;
- Installed on the cylinder head valve springs;

- Install the camshaft and the control camshaft pulley as described in Section. 2.7.3;
- To take in the arm cuff camshaft and determine which side is the spring. Set the cuff so that its spring facing the inner cavity housing lightly lubricated sealing lips and the working surface of the shaft; Using a suitable mandrel, gently blows cuff set in the cylinder head;
- Set the cylinder head as described in the next section;
- Installed on the rear cylinder head cover and tighten the two screws 7 and 8 (see. Fig. 25) corresponding torque;

Details on the front side of the engine
