Removal and installation of airbags and engine mounts (left and right)
Withdrawal Remove front noise insulation. Remove front noise insulation. Remove the lower part of the air filter of the first and second row. Cylinder air filter. Loosen the lock nuts on engine mount left and right engine support.
Align the guide bracket T10296-blank cylinder (Fig. 2.164) in the center of the bracket. Tighten the guide.
Insert the bracket T10296 rack for the engine and gearbox VAG 1383 A and gently push the bracket on the palm of the head unit (engine and gearbox) (Fig. 2.165). After that, remove the right and left engine mounting bolts cushions. Carefully lift the engine and gearbox bracket T10296 engine and remove the cushion.
ATTENTION If necessary, use the free space between the cylinder head and the front wall. |
If necessary, remove the engine support on cylinder head and remove the engine mount to the engine mounts.
Setting When setting Check the correct fit of the pin cushion engine support bracket. All the fixing bolts and nuts Loosely by hand and tighten with the set moment. Further installation is performed in reverse order.
