Removing and installing tailgate

Withdrawal Open the hinged glass tailgate. Only then open the tailgate. Please note that the hinged glass tailgate has not fallen into the lock. Otherwise, remove the separate tailgate will be impossible. Remove facing of the tailgate and the rear window frame Pull down the plug, remove the screws 3 of the lining pad 5 and remove the cover from the hinge facing the tailgate 4. It is necessary to disconnect the plugs of all available electrical components and hoses. 2 Loosen the screws (do not unscrew them completely). Further removal is possible only with the help of a second mechanic. Loosen the screws 2 only now and remove the tailgate 1.
