ATTENTION
Supports the engine and transmission to be installed in a specific order.

To install the support bracket
Bracket side engine mount.
A support arm of a transmission.
Bracket rear engine mount.
Front engine mount bracket.

ATTENTION
Be careful when installing the front engine mount bracket, Do not damage or deform the support. If the support is broken, it may be a strong vibration of the power unit with the engine idling.

Setting

Transmission assembly

Connect the converter Transmission and install the transmission assembly to the engine (Fig. 3.97).

ATTENTION
If you first install the torque converter to the engine, then the installation of the transmission will be damaged gland checkpoint. Therefore, prior to assembly of the power unit, always install the converter from the transmission.

Install the automatic transmission control cable and adjust it following the procedure below.
Move the selector lever switch and starter interlock (automatic transmission selector switch) on the gearbox in position ?N?, then connect the cable management lever.
After connecting the cable to the intermediate control lever mounting bracket on transmission mount, cable clamp securely.
Turn the adjusting nut to adjust the position of the automatic transmission control cable to the starter interlock switch (selector lever switch), so that there was no free lift cable. Then check that the selector lever is switched smoothly.
Visually check the transmission control cable adjustment.
Install the remaining parts made in the reverse order of removal.
