Bleeding the hydraulic system of a drive of brakes

Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car and fix on support.
A warning The liquid in the tank popolnitelnom brake system should be maintained at 3/4 or higher in the course of pumping. During air removal add only the pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer
2. Remove the cap from the bleeder, and connect to it a hose.
3. Place the other end of the hose in a glass container of sufficient volume.
4. The assistant should slowly press the brake pedal a few times, then hold it down.
	5. When the brake pedal depressed key OK130 430 019, loosen the bleeder valve and release the air from the hydraulic system.
6. Tighten the bleeder valve and release the brake pedal. Torque: 5,9-8,8 N ??? m
A warning Both people must be able to talk to each other. In the open socket is not allowed to release the brake pedal.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 until the until the brake liquid without air bubbles.
8. Screw the cap on the bleeder valve.
9. Check the correct operation of the brakes.
10. Check for leaks of brake fluid.
11. Fill the brake fluid in the reservoir popolnitelny brake system.
A warning Air flow should be performed starting from the union, the most remote from the brake master cylinder.
