Free running of the brake pedal



Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. With the engine turned off, press the brake pedal several times to remove any backlash in the system.
2. Remove the spring clip and make sure the holes on the fork and the pedals are the same, then install the clamp.
3. Hand press the brake pedal before occurrence of notable resistance and measure a pedal free wheeling.

Free running of the brake pedal: 4-7 mm

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the spring clip and pin.
2. Loosen the lock nut (D) and align the holes on the fork and the pedals turn pusher (C).
3. Install the pin and spring clip.
4. Tighten the lock nut (D).

The inhaling moment: 23,5-34,3 N ??? m

5. After adjusting the pedal height check and stop lamp switch signal.
