Front stabilizer



1 - traverse;
2 - a fastening element of the engine;
3 - the front part of the exhaust pipe;
4 - engine mount (?�� 1);
5 - the spherical rod end;
6 - trumpet;
7 - a returnable hose;
8 - a bolt (intermediate shaft);
9 - a bolt (ball joint of the lower arm);
10 - the steering transmission;
11 - nut and bolt;
12 - cross the lower arm;
13 - draft of the stabilizer;
14 - an arm of the stabilizer;
15 - sleeve stabilizer;
16 - Rod front stabilizer;
17 - the front cross member.

Removal, check and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Jack up the front part of the car and establish it on reliable support.
2. Remove the wheel and the bottom cover.
3. Remove the constituent elements in the sequence shown in the figure, taking into account the following.
4. Remove the engine mounting plate, after fixing the engine a special device.
5. Bring under the stabilizer support, and then remove the bolts and nuts.
6. Remove the stabilizer bracket.
7. Slowly lower crossmember, and then remove the stabilizer bar from the crossmember.
8. Check the condition of all details and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
9. Installation spend to sequences, return shown on drawing, taking into account the following.

10. Apply grease to the inner surface of the rubber sleeve stabilizer.

11. Establish the plug on the marks on the stabilizer bar.
12. Install the bracket in the direction shown in the figure.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

A warning

Do not change the direction of the installation.


13. Install the wheel.

Torque: 88-118 N ??? m


A warning

Tightening the shock absorber mounting bolt and the lower arm is not fully, lower the car and definitively tighten all bolts and nuts the demanded moments (unloaded).


14. Make the adjustment of the front wheels.
15. Remove air from a hydraulic drive power steering.
