Traction wiper



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the arms and wiper blades.

2. Remove the nut, loosen the clamps and remove the vent chamber at the base of the windshield.

3. Remove the engine and pull the wiper.

  1. Disconnect the connector from the wiper motor.
  2. Remove the two screws on the wiper mechanism.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the wiper mechanism is the lack of any resistance by manually moving each element of the mechanism.

2. If there is any resistance, remove the rod and lubricate the hinge rod.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the wiper mechanism and secure it with two screws.
2. Connect to the wiper motor.
3. Install the grille plenum.
4. Replace the wiper blades and arms.
5. Check the wiper blades. Wiper the driver's side must be at a distance of 30 mm from the base of the windshield, and brush on the passenger side - at a distance of 37 mm from the base of the windshield.
