Probable Cause

Remedy
Charging control lamp does not light up after the ignition
  1. Blown fuse
  2. The lamp
  3. No contact in connector
  4. Faulty voltage regulator
  1. Replace the fuse
  2. Replace lamp
  3. Podozhmite contact
  4. Replace the voltage regulator
Charging control lamp does not go out when the engine
  1. Not stretched or broken alternator drive belt
  2. Securely connected or oxidized wire is connected to the battery terminal
  3. Blown fuse
  4. Blown fuse
  5. Faulty alternator or voltage regulator
  6. Faulty electrical circuit
  1. Adjust tension or replace the belt
  2. Clean and securely connect the cable to the battery terminal
  3. Replace the fuse
  4. Replace the fuse link
  5. Replace the voltage regulator, or generator
  6. Restore the electrical circuit
Discharged battery
  1. Not stretched or broken alternator drive belt
  2. Faulty electrical circuit
  3. Blown fuse
  4. Defective warning lamp pre-resistor or generator excitation
  5. Loose connection with "weight"
  6. Faulty alternator or voltage regulator
  7. Released battery life
  1. Adjust tension or replace the belt
