1. Visually check the air flow sensor for damage. If necessary, replace it. Attach the air flow sensor in the air intake pipe and the bracket. |
2. Replace the two screws on the sensor to the bracket. The inhaling moment: 7,8-10,8 N ??? m |
3. Connect the sensor air inlet. |
4. Tighten the clamps on both sides of the sensor. |
| 5. Connect the connector to the air flow sensor. |
6. Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature. Leave the engine running at idle speed. |
7. Connect a voltmeter between terminal 2 (cable G / L - green / light) and ground. |
8. Make sure the voltage varies between 0.6-0.8 V. |
9. Turn the engine off and make sure that the voltage is in the range 3.0-4.0 V. |
| 10. If the voltage is not correct, replace the sensor, air flow meter. |
