Dashboard

1 - finishing dash;
2 - instrument cluster;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the central console.
2. Remove the driver airbag.
3. Remove the steering wheel, turn signal switch and the upper and lower casings of a steering column.
4. Remove the two screws on either side of the steering column, which connect the instrument panel and steering column. Lower the steering column down.
5. Remove the nut on the handle of opening the bonnet and disconnect the cable from the handle opening the bonnet.
6. Remove the instrument cluster in the following order:

- Remove the three screws and remove the instrument cluster trim;
- Remove the four screws on the instrument cluster;
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the instrument cluster.
7. Remove the center trim panel and the control panel heating and ventilation.
8. Remove the radio in the following order:

- Remove the four screws that secure the radio;
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the radio;
- Disconnect the antenna from the back of the radio;
- Remove the radio.
9. Remove the glovebox.

10. Remove the four screws and remove the cover on the left / right side of the T-shaped connector.

11. Remove the four screws on the base of the dashboard.
12. Unplug all the connectors that connect the instrument panel and the wiring harness of the car.
13. Remove the instrument panel.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the instrument panel in the car. Before installing the instrument panel make sure that the steering wheel is correctly installed through a T-shaped rod with wiring harness. Otherwise, the steering column may not be properly installed.
2. Connect the wiring harness connector and the instrument panel.
3. Replace the four screws on the left / right side of the base of the dashboard.

Torque: 18-25 N ??? m

4. Replace the four screws on the left / right side of the T-shaped connector.

Torque: 18-25 N ??? m

5. Install the glove box.
6. Install the radio in the following order:

- Connect the antenna to the back of the radio;
- Connect the electrical connector to the back of the radio;
- Replace the four screws that secure the radio.
7. Set the center trim panel and the control panel heating and ventilation.
8. Install the instrument cluster in the following order:

- Connect the electrical connector to the rear of the instrument cluster;
- Screw the four screws on the instrument cluster;
- Screw the three screws that secure the finish of the instrument cluster.
9. Set the opening bonnet.

10. Replace the two screws on either side of the steering column, which connect the instrument panel and steering column.

Torque: 18-26 N ??? m

11. Establish a steering wheel, turn signal switch and the upper and lower casings of a steering column.
12. Install the driver airbag.
13. Install the central console.
14. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
