Front bumper



Front bumper

1 - bumper;
2 - a bolt;
3 - foam energy absorber;
4 - Power bumper.

The front bumper is divided into three parts: the bumper cover, foam energy absorber and the bumper amplifier.

Pad is made of polypropylene. The foam energy absorber made of polystyrene foam.

Power bumper is made of metal. The foam energy absorber is located between the bumper and the amplifier.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the headlamp.
2. Remove the two screws and release the clamp fastening of the top four of the bumper.
3. Release four latches from under the lid.
4. Release the four latch mounting base bumper.
5. Move aside the right-hand wheel arch splash guard and remove the two screws securing the side of the bumper.
6. Remove the two screws on the left support bracket bumper.
7. Repeat the procedure on the right side of the bumper.
8. Remove the bumper.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Install the front bumper in the reverse order of removal.

Torque: 32-47 N ??? m

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check the trim on the front bumper and damage the reliability of its fastening.
