The front door



The front door

1 - inner handle opening the door;

The door is secured to the vehicle body by two hinges and door opening limiter. Door opening limiter limits the door opening.

The hollow rubber door seal is mounted on the door ledge and prevents the penetration of moisture and dust between the door and body.

The door lock rods connected to the exterior and interior door handles are open.

Power windows consists of a mechanism with a window glass fixed on it.

Impact plate of the door lock can be adjusted for secure and soft closing doors.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the door trim.
3. Remove the door of the speaker in the following order:

- Remove the three screws that secure the speaker to the door;
- Disconnect the wiring harness from the door frame;
- Remove the speaker and disconnect connectors.
4. Remove the inside door handle in the following order:

- Disconnect from the handle rod;
- Remove the inside door handle.
5. Remove pylevlagozaschitnuyu film, gradually separating it from the door frame.
6. Remove the glass in the following order:

- Remove the two screws on the glass to the window;
- Tilting and lifting the back, remove the glass from the outside of the door.
7. Remove the window regulator in the following order:

- Remove the seven nuts window to the door;
- Through an opening in the inner door panel, remove windows.
8. Remove the guide seal glass.

9. Remove the door lock in the following order:

- Disconnect the two drafts from the outside door handle;
- Remove the three screws that secure the door lock;
- Remove the two screws on the outside door handle;
- Remove the outside door handle.

10. Remove the outer rear-view mirror in the following order:

- Disconnect the electrical connector;
- Remove the three screws and remove the mirror.

11. Remove the harness in the following order:

- Disconnect the harness connectors from the door frame;
- Remove the wiring harness through the hole in the inner door panel.
12. Remove the bolt stop opening the door to the body.
13. Remove the two screws and remove the hinges from the door of the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the door in the following order:

- Set properly on the car door;
- Screw the bolts of both hinges.

Torque: 18-30 N ??? m

2. Install the door seal the moisture.
3. Screw the stop bolt opening the door to the body.
4. Install the wiring harness in the following order:

- Insert the wiring harness through the hole in the inner door panel;
- Fasten the harness connectors on the door frame.
5. Install the outside rearview mirror as follows:

- Install the outside rearview mirror on the door to its original position;
- Fix the mirror with three screws;
- Connect the electrical connector.
6. Install the door lock in the following order:

- Install door lock through the opening in the inner door panel;
- Secure door lock with three screws.
7. Install the outside door handle in the following order:

- Connect the two rod door lock;
- Tighten the two nuts outside door handle.
8. Install the glass run through the opening in the inner door panel.
9. Install the window in the following order:

- Install the window through the opening in the inner door panel;
- Fix windows seven nuts;

Torque: 9-13 N ??? m

10. Position the window in the following order:

- Insert the outside of the door at first a forward part of the glass, and then, turning and lowering, set the glass on the door and place it on the bracket window;
- Screw, but do not tighten the bolts completely of glass;
- Tighten the two screws on the glass to the window;

Tightening torque: 2.3 N ??? m
- Move the glass down.

11. Replace the door pylevlagozaschitnuyu film in the following order:

- Secure pylevlagozaschitnuyu film on the door;
- Print wiring harness electrical connector door;
- Output thrust of the internal handle of opening of the door lock pylevlagozaschitnoy film.
12. Install the inside door handle in the following order:

- Connect the rod to the handle of the door lock;
- Secure the handle with three screws.
13. Install the speaker and secure it with three screws.
14. Install the door trim.
15. Replace the cover of the internal handle of the door.
16. Fix the door trim.
17. Establish an internal moisture proof strip.
18. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Make sure that the door closes easily and properly. If the door is loose, tighten the bolts the door hinges.
2. If necessary, adjust the position of the door relative to adjacent surfaces, loosen the bolts and moving the door hinges adjust its position.
3. Make sure that the door closes easily and properly. If the door lock is mounted on a shock plate to work, remove the screws securing the shock plate and moving it in the horizontal and vertical planes Achieve normal door closing.
4. Adjust the position of the door relative to the adjacent surface of the wire by moving the shock plate in the vertical plane.
