Seat belts



Seat belts

1 - the front clip fastening strap;

5 - lock fastening the rear seat belt.

Seat belt system comprises five belts. Seat belts of the driver and passenger side are three-point linkage. Seat belts rear passengers have a two-point mounting.

Seatbelts are equipped with driver's alarm system, which warns the driver's ignition warning lamp in the instrument cluster and an acoustic signal. Caution is automatically terminated after approximately 60 seconds. Seat belts are not equipped with alarm the passengers.

Withdrawal


A warning

Pre-tensioning mechanism is triggered only once, after which it must be replaced.

Do not attempt to remove or repair the mechanism of the seat belt pre-tensioners. If the mechanism is malfunctioning, replace it.

Avoid ingress of water or oil into the mechanism of the seat belt pre-tensioners. Otherwise, replace the mechanism.

Attach the wire to the negative terminal of the battery only after proper installation of the mechanism of the seat belt pre-tensioners.

Removal tightener spend in the following order:

- Switch off the ignition;
- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery;
- Wait about 1 minute;
- Disconnect the gas generator;
- Remove the screw fastening the seat belt tensioner.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn out one bolt from the upper bracket and remove the bracket.
2. Slowly release the belt to retract its inertial belt tensioner as possible.
3. Pull the clear cover over the anchor bolt of the top fastening of a seat belt.
4. Remove one anchor bolt.
5. Remove the bottom furnish of the central rack.
6. Remove one bolt and one screw and remove inertia belt tensioner.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the seat belt mounting clamp.
2. Check the condition of the upper bracket seat belt mounting.
3. Remove the bottom furnish of the central rack.
4. Visually check the condition of the seat belt tensioner.
5. Install the lower B-pillar trim panel.
6. Pull out the seat belt and make sure it is running smoothly.
7. If a blockage occurs when pulling the belt, replace it.
8. Check the fastening of the belt retainer.
9. Press the release button and check that the latch is easily out of its holder.
10. Check the warning, which warns the driver ignition warning lamp in the instrument cluster and an acoustic signal.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Set the inertial belt tensioner and fasten one bolt and screw.

Torque: 40-55 N ??? m


A warning

When installing the belt tensioner or twist the belt and eliminate loops. An incorrectly fitted seat belt is not able to protect passengers in case of accident. Twisted belt changes the distribution of powers arising from the sudden deceleration of the vehicle.


2. Install the belt guide.
3. Install the upper B-pillar trim panel.
4. Install the lower B-pillar trim panel.

5. Screw the anchor bolt.

Torque: 40-55 N ??? m

6. Install the anchor bolt.

7. Screw one bolt of an arm of a seat belt.

Torque: 40-55 N ??? m
