Repair of a current-carrying strip of a heater



To repair the current-carrying strip of a heater prepare following materials and tools:

- Conductive mass;
- The fine conductive mass;
- duct tape;
- solvent;
- brush.

The solvent wipe the area around the glass breaking current-carrying strip of a heater and glue strips of tape on both sides of the conductive strips.

Apply at intervals of 15 min three layers of conductive mass. Remove the tape, and wait until it dries conductive mass. After 24 hours, a sharp knife, remove the excess conductive mass.


A warning

After the restoration of current-carrying strip of a heater, window cleaning is performed along the strip of a heater a little moist cloth.
