Repair of the selector lever



Lever

1 - switch connector O / D;
2 - the gear lever knob;
3 - panel display;
4 - a casing;
5 - indicator lamp selector position;
6 - plate;
7 - the upper spring plate;
8 - spring plate;
9 - pin;
10 - roller clamp;
11 - a bolt;
12 - a nut;
13 - guide plate;
14 - the selector lever;
15 - baseplate

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. a flat-blade screwdriver loosen the connector pins. Remove the pin from the connector.
2. Remove the two screws and remove the handle from the selector lever.
3. Remove the cover.
4. Turn the lamp indicator on the selector lever counter-clockwise and remove it.
5. Remove the two screws and remove the retainer clip assembly, then remove the plate, the upper spring plate and spring plate.
6. Remove the bolt from the base plate.
7. Remove the two screws on the guide plate and remove it.
8. Remove the lock lever and the selector lever.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the lock lever and the selector lever.
2. Set the guide plate on the base plate and fix two bolts.
3. Tighten the bolts to the base plate.

Torque: 6,9-9,8 N ??? m

4. Lubricate 0-GL02 on the inside of the roller.
5. Move the selector lever to position P.

6. Freely set the spring plate, spring plate and top plate.

7. Adjust the gap between the plate and the guide pin and tighten the two screws.

Tightening torque: 2.0-2.9 N ??? m

8. Lubricate 0-GL02 on the inside of the guide plate.

9. Lubricate 0-GL02 on the outer side of the guide plate.
10. Replace the lamp indicator of the selector lever position indicator panel.
11. Replace the cover.

12. Tighten the screw that secures the display panel in the sequence shown in the figure.

Tightening torque: 2.0-2.9 N ??? m

13. Spend a wire switch O / D through the cover and the indicator.
14. Insert the wire switch O / D into the socket.
15. Replace the two screws that secure the gear lever knob.

Tightening torque: 2.0-2.9 N ??? m

16. Make sure that the selector lever position indication correspond to the selector lever.
