The antifreeze concentrate

The plant cooling system is filled with a mixture of water and antifreeze anticorrosive concentrate. Concentrate prevents damage to the system due to freezing and corrosion, and in addition raises the boiling point of the liquid. Therefore, the cooling system should be filled with year-round antifreeze coolant and corrosion.

Only use a proprietary liquid on ethylene glycol basis with corrosion protection. The concentrate should be compatible with aluminum parts. Do not use coolant concentrate on alcohol basis.

Since the time of the anti-corrosion coolant loses its impact, coolant must be replaced within the service. See Section Technology services, tools and the workplace equipment. Also, the coolant must be replaced when replacing the aluminum parts such as cylinder heads.

In order to achieve the right balance of the concentrate and the water should take into account the manufacturer's data. At the latitude of Germany frost resistance should be up to -20 ? C.

The concentrate must be mixed with distilled or demineralized water.
