Removal and installation of the fan motor



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect earth cable from the battery.

This data is erased from the memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of a radio receiver. Before disconnecting the battery should read instructions in Section Removal and installation of the battery.

  1. Disconnect the fan connector.
  2. Unscrew the bolts of the fan on the radiator.
  3. Tilt the motor fan holder back and pull up.
  4. Hold the impeller, unscrew the central screw on the fan motor.
  5. Unscrew the screws and remove the motor from the holder.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Secure the fan motor to the holder.
  2. Screw the impeller to the motor.

  1. Screw the motor holder to the radiator with a force of 10 Nm.
  1. Connect the plug.
  2. Connect the battery earth cable.
  3. If available, set the clock and set the security code radio.
  4. Check operation. To do this, warm up the engine, the fan is turned on.
