Bearing Clutch Clutch



Noise operating bearing off, that is, when the clutch pedal is depressed, indicating a problem with the clutch bearing clutch.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Remove the clutch bearing clutch (1) with the tubular support to the front cover of a transmission.
3. Move the release fork (2) in the direction of the arrow (A) and then lift in the direction of the arrow (B) of the ball head with a bolt (3) on the clutch housing and remove it.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Squeeze and simultaneously rotate the clutch bearing clutch.
2. If the bearing spins erratically, install a new bearing.
3. Check the sliding surface for wear, corrosion and damage.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wipe the surface with a clean cloth and bearing contact surfaces and grease them MoS2 - plastic disulfidmolibdenovoy grease.
A warning

Apply too much lubricant to lubrication in assembled condition could not get to the surface friction.


2. Squeeze the clutch release bearing of the clutch (2) against the direction (B) of a bolt with a spherical head (3) as long as the bracket engages for fixing the spring fork. Then move the fork against the direction of the arrow (A) as long as the push rod of the distribution cylinder abuts the groove clutch fork.
3. Coat the inside of the sleeve bearing clutch and the two side notches on the back of the sleeve.
4. Push the clutch bearing clutch on the tubular support and turn it up as long as he does not fall into the lateral grooves in the fork.
5. Fit the gearbox.
