1. Raise the vehicle. |
2. Check the brake fluid level in the overall receiver, if necessary add brake fluid to the maximum mark. |
3. Remove the dust cap with breather valve at the distribution cylinder and the front right wheel caliper disc brake. |
4. Carefully clean the breather valves. |
5. Fit the breather valve on the caliper disc brake wheel transparent hose. |
6. Fill the brake fluid hose. To do this, open the drain plug device for removing air brake caliper. Slowly depress the brake pedal (assistant) and hold in this position. Close the breather valve and release the brake pedal. Then re-open the valve and breather again depress the brake pedal. This operation is repeated until the pipe is completely filled with brake fluid. Close the hose with your finger so that no brake fluid poured out. A warning The liquid level in the vessel should not fall too low, if necessary add a new brake fluid.

7. Insert the free end of the hose to the breather screw on the caliper disc brake. This operation is repeated as long as the expansion tank will not cease to emit more air bubbles. In this ever-new top up the brake fluid. |
8. Close the breather screw on the disc brake caliper and the distribution cylinder. Remove the hose and push dust cap. |
9. Lower the car. |
10. Top up the brake fluid to the maximum mark. |
11. Check the operation of the braking system and clutch. |
