Check clutch



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. One by one, loosen the fixing bolts of a press disk clutch respectively 1-1.5 turnover as long as not to weaken the pressure plate.

A warning

If the mounting bolts at once be turned out completely, it may be damaged diaphragm spring.


3. To the same time with the weakening of the bolts did not turn the flywheel, secure it with a screwdriver.
4. After that, completely remove the screws.
5. Remove the pressure plate and clutch disc.
A warning

When removing do not drop them, or after assembly may be difficulties associated with twitching and disengagement clutch.


6. Blow compressed air inside the flywheel, or wipe it with a cloth soaked in gasoline.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the clutch pressure plate for cracks and scratches burnout.
2. Inspect the disc spring for cracks.
3. Check for wear and uniformity of the height of the diaphragm spring (arrow), if necessary, carefully align them tick.

A warning

Depreciation can be a maximum of 0.3 mm.


4. Inspect the flywheel for cracks and scratches burnout.
5. Deal with the pressure plate rough sandpaper.
6. Replace greasy, smeared with grease or mechanically damaged clutch discs.
7. Measure the thickness of the clutch lining disc. New: 3.6-4.0 mm on each side lining. If you have reached the limit of wear 2.6-3.0 mm on each side of the friction lining, replace the clutch disc. So does the presence of cracks on the friction linings.
8. Check for wear and lapping locking bolts, depreciation windows, torsion springs and the sleeve (arrow).
9. Remove and inspect the clutch bearing clutch with a tubular support on the front cover of the gearbox.
10. In the garage you can check the clutch disc on the beating. Lateral runout at the clutch can be a maximum of 0.5 mm.
A warning

This test is required only if you need to re-install the old drive traction and grip properly switched off before.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Push the clutch disc and pressure plate on the flywheel and align them to the connecting rod or centering tool HAZET 2174.

A warning

In a twin-engine flywheel ring gear clutch pronikelirovan and therefore do not require lubrication.


2. One by one, successively tighten the mounting bolts to the clutch pressure plate 1-1.5 turnover up until the failure has been secured to the pressure plate. Torque: 25 Nm Then remove the central mandrel.
A warning

Pay attention to the fact that when the pressure plate bolts are tightened uniformly and without burrs drawn into the flywheel.


3. Fit the gearbox.
