Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the rear brake disc.
2. Remove the rear seat.
3. Remove the guard cable length equalizer under the rear seat.
4. Pull the automatic equalizer length of cable (12). To do this, turn the wrench with hexagon crank (g) approximately 1/2 turn to the right and at the same time promote it back in the longitudinal slot until crank engages in the spring housing (A) in a spring clip (d), (e - equalizer lever , f - the intermediate lever 93 - the safety pin, 94 - return spring.)
5. Turn the shaft flange of the rear axle (68) so that the threaded hole is above the spring (107).
6. The pressure spring (107) is slightly tighten tool Mercedes-040, turn 90 ?� (1/4 turn) and unhook. The auxiliary tool can also be made independently: on one side of the weld rod of appropriate diameter T-shaped handle and at the other side of the saw out the slot depth of about 4 mm and a width of about 2.5 mm.
7. Similarly, remove the pressure spring of other brake pads.
8. Remove the return spring (111) of the brake pad with a tool (041) or a screwdriver.
9. Disconnect from each other both brake pads (112) and remove the shaft through the flange of the rear axle. Note the mounting position of the adjusting device. Adjusting wheel is directed forward.
10. Remove the return spring (112) of the brake pad and remove the adjuster (104) to (106).
11. Pull the plug (114) of the lock spacer (109) and remove the spacer with a cable lock (86).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. All of the support surface and the sliding surface of the lock spacer lubricate a thin layer of high-temperature lubricant, e.g., Liqui Moly LM-36, Molykote-Paste-U or G-Rapid.
2. Secure the brake cable (86) with a pin (114) on the spacer lock (109). Then click on the spacer in the direction of the castle guard ring (102).
3. Remove one of the other parts of the adjusting device. Grease the threads of the pressure of high-temperature paste items, as well as the cylindrical part of the adjustment wheel.
4. Screw the pressure piece (104) in the adjusting wheel (105) and insert the push sleeve (106). This completely screw pressure piece.
5. Adjusting device set between the two brake shoes such that the pressing part (104) pointing in the direction of travel.
6. Connect to the brake pads return spring (112).
7. Slide the brake pads, set on the rear axle shaft flange and thread in the locking spacer.
8. Insert compression spring with the help of an auxiliary tool in the brake pad, gently squeezing, turn 90 <M ^> o and, as a result, insert the protective ring. Finally, check the spring planting.
9. Insert compression spring for another brake pad.
10. The return spring insert a small eye in the front brake pads. Large ear (arrow) with a screwdriver, insert the other brake shoe.
11. Install the rear brake disc.
12. Loosen the automatic equalizer cable length. To do this, lift the spring clip with a screwdriver, and then the length of the leveler is installed automatically.
13. Install the cover equalizer cable length and tighten the bolts.
14. Install the rear seat.
15. Adjust the parking brake.
