PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark a paint position of the rear wheels relative to the hub. With this balance the wheel after removal can be put into place so as not to break balance. Release the wheel bolts are not picking up the car, then lift and remove the back of the vehicle rear wheels.
A warning

Changing places of internal and external linings and pads of the left wheel to the right pad - is unacceptable. It can lead to uneven brake action. All covers one axis are changed simultaneously.

2. Only vehicles with ASR (traction control), remove the wire wear (S10) of the plug-in connection (S10 / 3x1). At the same time, do not pull the cord.
3. Knock out the retaining pins (41) of the support (32) with a suitable punch.
4. Remove the cross-shaped spring.
5. Remove the pad using a clutch release lever pliers or a screwdriver if lining prirzhaveli need a special stripper, for example, the company HAZET.

Setting

A warning

When removing the lining, do not press the brake pedal, or the brake pistons will jump out from the case. If this has happened by mistake, remove the caliper and assemble it into a specialized workshop.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the guide surfaces, respectively, the landing pads in the shaft housing suitable for this soft metal brush and a vacuum cleaner or wipe with a cloth and alcohol. Do not use this products containing mineral oil or tools with sharp edges.
2. Before installing the brake disc pads palpate fingers on the subject of irregularities, measure the thickness of the disc.
3. Check the boot (45) for cracks. Immediately replace the damaged boot because penetrated dirt quickly incapacitate support. The brake mechanism of a fixed bracket when it should be removed and analyzed in a specialized workshop.
4. Upset special devices both brake piston (031). Come as a piece of wood (hammer handle), but it is especially take care not to warp or damage the piston surface of the piston and the anthers.

A warning

When the rein-back pistons brake fluid is pressed out of the brake cylinder in a broad tank. Watch the liquid level in the tank, it is desirable to suck brake fluid trap.

5. To apply suction plastic bottle, which was only the brake fluid. Do not use drinking bottles. Brake fluid is poisonous and can not suck the mouth. Use a suction siphon. After the change of overlays brake fluid level must not exceed the maximum level, since due to the thermal expansion of the liquid may splash out of the tank. Leaking liquid dripping from the master cylinder, it corrodes the paint, leading to corrosion.
A warning

With a large wear pads Check ease of movement of the pistons. To do this, insert the caliper fitting a wooden bar and ask the assistant slowly depress the brake pedal. The brake pistons must be easy to go out and face down back. To test the second pad must be assembled opposite support.

6. Check the 20-degree position of the piston. The specialized workshops for this use pattern. As a rule, when removing the pads should not turn the pistons! Then the adjustment is not required.
7. Make a template out of cardboard or sheet according to the drawing.
8. The long side of the template must adhere to the caliper of the rear wheel. Brake piston is stepped. This ledge piston must adhere to the oblique side of the template, otherwise turn the piston.
9. Place the template on the bottom of the guide in a support plane. The piston position is correct, if the adjacent sides (position 20 ?) coincides with the projections of the piston. If necessary, gently turn the screwdriver to the piston. To prevent squeaking disc brakes, brush the back of the brake lining and the sides of its foundation with a thin layer of grease.
10. Clean the guide pads in the caliper by means of a suitable wire brush. It does not damage the piston boot.
11. Insert the pads into the caliper.
12. Only for vehicles with ASR: Put sensors wear on both pads. Coil wire gauge and connect with the plug on the caliper. Permission is granted only to put sensors in a transparent heat-resistant versions.
13. Place the spring and hammer cruciate retaining pins.
A warning

Pins and springs must be replaced.

14. Put the wheel so that coincided markings installed before their removal. Screw the wheel. Remove the car with supports and tighten the wheel bolts crosswise with a torque of 110 Nm
A warning

Ponazhimayte vigorously several times on the brake pedal until you feel strong resistance.

15. Check brake fluid level in the tank, if necessary, top up to the maximum mark.
16. Carefully grind the new brake pads. To do this, repeatedly, to disperse the car to 80 km / h, it is decelerated to a speed of 40 km / h with a mild pressure on the pedal. Between braking allow the brakes to cool slightly.
A warning

Prior to run 200 km avoid emergency braking.

17. Brake pads are a special waste materials and in each case, before they are disposed of, should know whether it is permitted.
