Front brake disc



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the caliper of the front wheel and hang on their own hook manufactured from wire to brake hose did not break traction.
A warning

Do not disconnect the hose, otherwise you'll have to remove the air from the brake system.


2. Remove the bolt (64) with the Allen key and remove the brake disc (61) with a wheel (69) and the collet (63).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To ensure equal braking on both sides, both rotors must have the same ground surface and the height of asperities of the surface. Check the thickness of the brake disc / lateral runout.
2. Check the tight fit on the support wheel brake flap. If necessary tighten bolts.
3. If there is rust on the flange of the brake disc and front hub, remove it with a wire brush or sandpaper. Cover the landing wheel with a thin layer of high-temperature lubricant, for example, Molykote-Paste "U", Molykote-Paste G Rapid, Liqui-Moly-Paste 36 to the brake disc in the subsequent dismantling is easily removed.
4. Clean the new brake discs nitrosolvent of protective lacquer. Brake discs can also be cleaned and degreased jet of high pressure steam.
5. Push the brake disc on the hub of the front wheel, paying attention to the tightness of protective sleeves. Tighten the new bolt with a torque of 10 Nm
6. Install the caliper.
