Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark a paint position of wheels concerning a nave. With this balance the wheel after removal can be put into place so as not to break balance. Release the wheel bolts are not picking up the car, then put the car on the stand and remove the wheel.
2. Turn off the ignition. Unscrew and remove the speed sensor system ABS (L6 / 1).
3. Unscrew the two screws on the rear wheel brake caliper (35) to the wheel bearing housing and remove it out.
4. Hang the caliper using a homemade hook to the body so as not to over-tighten torsion and brake hose and sensor wire brake pad wear.
5. If the caliper is to be removed completely, first loosen the brake hose (51) from the hydraulic line, applying for this open double spanner 9h11 mm. Then, remove the brake hose from the caliper.
A warning

Brake fluid flow. Close the holes with plugs at once, so as not to empty the tank. After installing the brake system should be bled. Vehicles with ASR traction control for pumping the brakes requires a special instrument used in specialized workshops. Brake fluid is collected in a specially designed container. Follow the instructions for handling the brake fluid (see. Subsection 12.10.).


6. Remove the wear pads on the connector support. Remove the connector from the caliper.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. When replacing note: brakes on both wheels on one axle must have the same pistons of the same manufacturer.
2. Front brakes put caliper and tighten it to the hub with two new self-locking bolts to a torque of 115 Nm
A warning

If screws are difficult to clean the threads from the remnants of the fastening means with the help of the tap M 12h1,5.


3. Rear brakes: Put a support and fix two new self-locking bolts on the hub to a torque of 50 Nm in vehicles with ASR - 70 Nm

If screws are difficult to clean the threads from the remnants of the fastening means with the help of the tap M 10.


4. If removed the hose, screw it to a torque of 15 Nm to the water hoses. When installing the hose must not be twisted. On the bracket (52) fixed lock plate (60) with dodecahedron. Brake Hose (51) into the lock plate so that it is free to go at full turn the wheel left or right, under compression and tension spring suspension. 4 - hydraulic line, 13 - the screw cap, 59 - an arm of the brake hose.
5. Lubricate the hole for the speed sensor ABS system means Molykote Longtherm 2. Check the O-ring, if necessary - replace. Place the speed sensor by tightening it with a new screw with hexagon socket with a torque of 20 Nm,
6. Connect the wire wear pads connector to support.
7. If the brake system is opened, bleed the brakes.
8. Place the wheel so that coincided markings installed before their removal. Screw the wheel. Remove the car with supports and tighten the wheel bolts crosswise with a torque of 110 Nm
A warning

Ponazhimayte vigorously several times on the brake pedal until you feel strong resistance. Due to this adjustment occurs brake linings.


9. Check the brake fluid level, if necessary top up to the maximum mark.
A warning

Conduct security checks:
- Whether the brake hoses are tight;
- Whether the brake hose bracket;
- Leveling screws tightened;
- Is the brake fluid level

With the engine running, make a tightness test. For this purpose depress the brake pedal with a force of 200 to 300 N (20-30 kg) for about 10 seconds. The pedal should not be fed. Check the tightness of all connections.


10. Finally, make several braking on a quiet street.
