Rear brake disc



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the caliper of the rear wheel and hang a homemade wire hooks to the brake hose did not break traction.
A warning

Do not disconnect the hose, otherwise you'll have to remove the air from the brake system.


2. Remove the wrench from the Allen bolt (64) and remove the brake disc (62) with the rear axle shaft flange (68), (70), dowel pin.

A warning

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In order to provide uniform braking on both sides, both rotors must have the same ground surface and a uniform depth of asperities thereon. Check brake disc thickness and lateral runout.
2. If there is rust on the flange of the brake disc and rear axle shaft, remove it. Cover the planting of the rear axle shaft flange of a thin layer of high-temperature lubricant, for example, Molykote-Paste "U", Molykote-Paste G Rapid, Liqui-Moly-Paste 36.
3. Clean the new brake disc from the protective lacquer Universal Nitro Thinner. Instead, you can also clean and degrease the brake discs a jet of high pressure steam.
4. If you installed the old brake disc and clean and visually inspect the surface of the friction pads for parking brake. Check the mobility of the spacer lock brake pads handbrake.
5. So, install the brake disc on the rear axle shaft flange to an adjusting pin entered the brake disc. Screw a new bolt and tighten to a torque of 10 Nm
6. Install the caliper.
