Drain the engine oil



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature, as long as the device temperature display coolant will signal the achievement of its normal operating temperature. Then Pass even at least 5 km in order to be provided with sufficient and also the engine oil temperature.

A warning

If the engine oil is present in large quantities metal shavings and attrition, it indicates a fault related to the jamming or corrosion of certain parts, such as damage to the crankshaft or connecting rod bearing. To prevent the possibility of subsequent faults after making repairs, be sure to thoroughly clean the oil passages and oil hoses. Additionally, if there is, it replaces the oil cooler.


9. Then screw in the oil drain plug with a new sealing ring and tighten it to 25 Nm
10. Install the new oil filter in the filter cartridge (4).
11. Screw the cover of the oil filter with a new O-ring (3). Moments pull: aluminum cover - 20 Nm, and the plastic cover - 25 Nm
12. Open the screw cap and pour oil into the filler tube cylinder head cover.

A warning

First, it is recommended to pour at least 1/2 liters of engine oil, leave the engine to warm up after a few minutes and check the level using the oil dipstick, if necessary refill the engine oil. Excess engine oil must be pumped, as might otherwise be damaged engine gaskets or catalyst.

Engine oil type CD, which are offered exclusively by the manufacturer for diesel engines are not suitable for internal combustion engines with spark ignition forced labor mix.


13. Open the screw cap and pour oil into the filler tube cylinder head cover.
14. Lower the car.
15. After the test drive, check the tightness of the oil drain plug and oil filter, if necessary, gently tighten the screw connections.
16. At the operating temperature of the engine, check the oil level again after about 3 minutes after it stops, if necessary, make adjustments.
17. Replace the bottom of the cover of the engine compartment.

A warning

To best you can check the operating conditions of the engine when changing the oil should be used each time the oil is of the same type and, if possible, of the same brand. Therefore, it is advisable at every oil change to pay attention to the reference plate fixed to the engine, which marked the brand and viscosity of the oil.

Using indiscriminately any type oils is disadvantageous. Whenever possible, mix motor oil of the same type, but different brands. If necessary, top up to the junction seasons motor oil of the same type and the same brand, but with a different viscosity.
