The pump liquid cooling system



GAS ENGINE

1. Bolt M 6 x 45 10 Nm
2. Screw M 6 x 95 10 Nm
3. Bolt M 6 x 25 10 Nm
4. Bolt M 8 x 85, 20 Nm

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disassemble the hydraulic cooling fan clutch.
2. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
3. Remove the pump with liquid cooling system 3 coolant hose. Previously fully open and slide the clamp back.
4. Loosen, without twisting, pump pulley bolts on the liquid cooling system.
5. Remove the V-ribbed belt.
6. Unscrew and remove the pump pulley liquid cooling system.
7. 6-cylinder engine: Remove the screws (263/264) on the engine block and remove the pump liquid cooling system.
8. Thoroughly clean the sealing surfaces on the pump housing and the cover of gear.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw the pump liquid cooling system using a new paper gasket.
A warning

The factory sealed pump liquid sealing means. When assembling the paper can be used, or a liquid gasket seal means, for example, Loctite. Thus the sealing surface on the pump liquid cooling uniformly lubricate the sealing means and, if possible, a thin layer.


2. Screw the liquid cooling pump pulley.
3. Place the V-ribbed belt.
4. Tighten the screws to the failure on the pulley pump liquid cooling.
5. Push all hoses for coolant and lock their jaws.
6. Set the hydraulic cooling fan clutch.
7. Pour coolant.

Diesel engine of 2.0 L

2. Bolt, 10 Nm
In the presence of the internal torsional head bolt tightening torque is 15 Nm

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable (-).
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


2. Remove the hydraulic cooling fan clutch.
3. Drain the coolant into a clean container.
4. Loosen, do not remove bolts pump pulley system.
5. Remove the V-ribbed belt.
6. Unscrew and remove the pump pulley liquid cooling system.
7. Remove the pump hose (3) and (4) for supplying coolant. Previously fully open clamps and slide them back.
8. Remove the generator.
9. Remove the rack generator.
10. Remove the pump casing the liquid cooling system and remove it together with the pump. When removing the shell, remove the fuel recirculation pipe.
11. Loosen and pull the pump liquid cooling system.
12. Thoroughly clean the sealing surfaces of the pump liquid cooling system, its housing and the engine block.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw the pump liquid cooling system with a new paper gasket to 10 Nm
2. Screw the pump casing the liquid cooling system with a new paper gasket to 10 Nm This recirculation Push the fuel pipe, pre-moisten the O-ring with coolant, do not use oil.
3. Screw the rack generator to 25 Nm
4. Set the generator.
5. Push all hoses for coolant and fix their collars.
6. Screw the pump pulley liquid cooling system.
7. Install the V-ribbed belt.
8. Screw the pump pulley liquid cooling system with a torque of 10 Nm and, accordingly, a torque of 15 Nm in the case of a bolt with internal torsional head.
9. Install the hydraulic clutch fan.
10. Fill the coolant.
11. Connect the terminal of the battery ground cable.
12. Set the clock.
13. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio.

1. Unscrew and remove the oil pipelines - coolant - heat exchanger on the pump housing.
2. Install the piping on the pump oil - coolant - heat exchanger and replace the O-ring profile.
