Radiator
GAS ENGINE After a relatively long-term operation of the car the subtle channels in the radiator may be clogged with the remnants of coolant and water deposits. Because of this it reduces the cooling capacity and the engine is too hot. In this case, only helps to install a new sink. Withdrawal
Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check all hoses for supplying coolant to the absence of the slits, cracks and other damage and, if required, replace damaged hoses. Check rubber mount radiator caps and make sure that they are in good condition. | 2. Insert the top radiator so that the heat sink mounting fingers grab rubber caps. | 3. Insert the top of the retaining spring for fixing the radiator. | 4. Push the hoses for coolant and lock their jaws. | 5. If you still disassembled radiator hoses, then tighten them firmly coupling nuts with a torque of 20 Nm, remove the clips. | 6. Install the fan cover, press it down and lock it in the side of the fixing plate on the radiator. | 7. Insert the upper spring clamp fan housing. | 8. Fill with coolant. | 9. Connect to the terminal of the battery ground cable. | 10. Warm up the engine and check the tightness of hose connections. | 11. Check the coolant level, if necessary add it. | 12. On vehicles with automatic gearbox, check the oil level in the PPC. | 13. Set the clock. | 14. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. A warning This erased anti-theft radio code.
| 2. Drain the coolant. | 3. The engine capacity of 2.0 liters: clear up the spring clips (15) on the fan cover. | 4. The engine capacity of 2.0 liters: a few pull up the fan cover and place it on the fan. | 5. The engine capacity of 2.2 / 2.5 L: remove the hydraulic cooling fan clutch. | 6. The engine capacity of 2.2 / 2.5 L: Remove the fan shroud. | 7. On vehicles with automatic transmission disconnect with suitable clamps clamps oil lines running to and from the gearbox, and remove them to a radiator. At the same time pay attention to the purity of the compound before removal, clean the outside of alcohol. Then put on the oil lines small plastic bags with rubber bands so that they could not penetrate the mud. | 8. Remove the radiator (4) hoses, coolant, after loosening clamps and sliding their way back. | 9. Pull up the locking spring (15). | 10. Remove the control cable hood. | | 11. Take up the radiator (1) together with the duct. |
