Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew the union nut spanner, while the counter support means hold pump pulley for coolant.
A warning

The nut has a left-hand thread.

2. Pull the hydraulic clutch with fan.
3. Remove the 3 mounting bolts and separate the fan from the coupling.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect the coupling to the fan.
A warning

The correct mounting position of the fan is determined by means of the welded edges.

2. Screw the hydraulic clutch to a torque of 10 Nm
3. Insert the hydraulic clutch with fan and tighten to a torque of 40 Nm in This requires a torque wrench packed with open-end wrench.
A warning

The nut has a left-hand thread.

6-cylinder petrol engine

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the fan shroud.
2. Remove the bolt (3) on the hydraulic clutch fan. Thus keep the pulley from rotating in the opposite direction with the help of self-made flatted wrench drive (6).
3. Remove the fan, along with a hydraulic clutch.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Thus the insert sleeve fan to the welded part number from the front of the radiator.
2. Screw the clutch fan with a torque of 45 Nm, while holding the pulley from rotating in the opposite direction.
3. Install the fan shroud.

Diesel engine of 2.0 / 2.2 L

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen (A) of the union nut (2a) with a wrench (5), the lock pump pulley liquid cooling system through the counter support (9).
A warning

The nut has a left-hand thread.

2. Remove with a fan (1) of the hydraulic clutch (2).
3. Remove the three mounting bolts (3) and separate the fan from the coupling.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the coupling in the fan cooling system. Use the tabs on the fan ring is determined by the correct mounting position of the fan. Marking "VORNE FRONT" points in the direction of motion.
2. Screw the hydraulic clutch fan torque 10 Nm
3. Insert the clutch cooling fan and screw them together to the shaft of the pump to supply coolant to a torque of 45 Nm This requires a torque wrench with a nozzle spanner 36.
A warning

The nut has a left-hand thread.

DIESEL ENGINE 2.5-liter

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the fan cover and fold it over the fan cooling system.
2. Remove the hydraulic clutch with fan cooling system, including the Allen bolt. At the same time hold the pulley using counter support.
3. Pull up the fan (1) together with the clutch (2) and its casing.
4. Remove the fan with four screws (4) from the hydraulic couplings.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the hydraulic clutch cooling fan and screw it to a torque of 10 Nm
A warning

Marking "VORNE FRONT" points in the direction of motion.

2. Put together a box with a cooling fan and fan guard.
