Troubleshooting System Cooling



CAUSE
REMEDY
Too high coolant temperature indicator is in the red area of the scale
Too little coolant circuit The compensation tank should be filled up to the mark. See subsection 5.2., Check the tightness of the cooling system.
Do not open coolant regulator (thermostat) Check whether the upper hose heated coolant to the radiator. If not, remove and check the controller, replace if necessary.
Faulty pump liquid cooling system Disassemble and check the pump.
