Check wheel alignment

Proper installation of the front wheels determines the handling of the car on a straight road and in turns. Breaking the suspension geometry can, for example, sharp hit a curb. Wear rubber joints and elastic elements, as well as non-professional repair negative impact on driving performance. Check wheel alignment should take place in the workshop, where it uses special diagnostic stand. However, the violation of the suspension geometry can be evaluated independently. For this purpose it is necessary that the front wheels are mounted tires of the same type and degree of tread wear, they must be prescribed pressure.

SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Please note whether symmetrically arranged spokes of the steering wheel in the straight-line motion. Rudder offset to one side indicates a violation of the suspension settings.
2. Make sure there are symmetric with respect to each other the front wheels in a straight position.
3. Set whether to store the vehicle linear motion on a flat road when the steering wheel is released or "leads" to the side.
4. Check whether the steering wheel returns after a turn yourself to the starting position.
5. Install, even if the wear have tire treads.
