Removing the shock absorber of the rear wheel suspension (without the regulator clearance)



It operates the same rule as for the front shocks: the need to spend wiser pair substitution.

SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Remove the side protective trim in the trunk.

Loosen the upper shock absorber. To hold the rod when loosening using a suitable key

2. After removing the side trim, loosen the upper shock absorber. To hold the rod when loosening using a suitable key (Fig. 7.12). In the original workshop for this purpose, a special head SW 17 with welded on top of the handle, which is set to hold another key shock absorber rod. If necessary, you can make yourself a key.
3. Remove the cup and rubber mount.
4. Remove the wheel. Tip: The car should stand on wheels, or if it is raised by a corresponding wheel chocks.
5. Remove the bolt on the lever. Pre remove its cap.

6. Wheel Suspension slightly lower on reliable support (eg, rolling jack), and remove the shock absorber 2 (Fig. 7.13).
7. Install the shock absorber in the reverse order, with the use new self-locking nuts.
8. Install the shock absorber so that it was visible color marking. Install the upper shock absorber parts.
9. Bottom bracket tighten to 55 Nm.
10. The first top nut wrap up until it reaches the remote bush, and then tighten it to a torque of 15 Nm.
11. Tighten the first nut of the top nut and tighten it to a torque of 30 Nm, while holding the first SW 17.
12. Install the wheel bolts tighten to 110 Nm.
