Removing the front wheel suspension springs



For this to work you need a special jig. Spring on the car is in a compressed state and has approximately four times the pre-compression. Therefore, the high risk of injury. SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Place the vehicle on the stand.
2. The jig is set on three sides by a spring so that as much as possible all the turns were blocked.
3. Squeeze the spring up until it can not be removed from the cup.
4. When replacing the spring slowly unclench and remove the rubber feet.
5. Before installation, check the back of the rubber bearing wear and replace if necessary. To facilitate the installation of the reverse apply to support dishwashing detergent.
6. Clean the bottom of the cup on the control arm and upper seat on the body.
7. The compressed spring set to the lower cup in such a way that the end coil engages on the cup.
8. Slowly unclench a spring using a jig.
9. Check the clarity of planting spring plates and lower the car.
