Remove the brake hose



SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. First, loosen the union nut of the corresponding brake pipe. At the same time, take care that the pipeline was not turned by holding the hose on the flanges.
2. If the brake hose is further secured to the back of the metal bracket keeps the hose from abrasion, when the assembly did not forget to put it in place.
3. To disconnect the brake hose from the caliper, it must first be a little pinch clamp or a special clip. Do not pinch the hose too much so as not to damage it.
4. Loosen the fitting that secures the hose to the brake caliper. Remove the brake caliper and disconnect the hose. To the brake system is not leaking brake fluid, plug the hose stopper.
5. First, attach the hose to the brake caliper 18 N ?� m.
6. Then attach the new hose (company or equivalent) to the brake pipe and tighten the screw connection to the brake lines to 15 N ?� m.
7. When installing, make sure that the brake hose is not twisted. The correctness of the installation can be checked by a color strip or a rubber hose along the ridge along its entire length.
8. Front brake hose to secure the knuckle special clip. They also held a wire brake pad wear indicator.
9. Bleed the brake system.
10. After the completion of compulsory check to see whether the brake hose rubs about anything compressive suspension or the steering. Check again after a run.
