Removing the brake disc
1. To remove the brake disc, set the car on support and fix it. 2. Remove the wheel. 3. Remove the caliper and hang it on the wire so that the brake hose is not tensioned. 4. Remove the bolt with hexagon socket that secures the brake disk. 5. Release the parking brake if the rear brake disk is removed. 6. Carefully Tap the brake disc light strokes with a rubber mallet to remove the firing pin and the hub. 7. Check the mounting panel brake on the housing hub, if necessary, tighten the bolts. 8. Install the new drive to the hub and tighten a bolt of its fastening with hexagon socket. At the same time pay attention to the correct fit of plugs. 9. At the rear wheels on the seat at the rear flange half-axis apply a little heat-resistant copper grease. 10. New disk after the clean solvent to remove the protective coating. 11. Install the caliper with the new self-locking bolts (torque to the front wheels 115 Nm, rear - 50 Nm). 12. Further, through its work in the reverse order. Wheel bolts tighten to 110 Nm. 13. When installing new rear brakes, check the parking brake adjustment.
