Removing the brake pipe



Rigid brake pipes of metal is best to replace in the workshop, since the quality of installation requires a certain experience.
SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Remove the cap nut of the brake hose to the pipe. Thus keep from turning over the splines of the brake hose.
2. If the nut prirzhavela to the pipeline, and when he turns loosening, in any case, it should be replaced. Thin-walled pipe pipeline break easily.
3. To this end, a snack pipeline near the mounting and remove the hex head nut.
4. If the new pipeline needs a little bend, fold must have a large radius. Otherwise, a thin pipe break.
5. The inside of the tube hold when bent fingers. Proceed across the radius of the desired fold line.
6 Do not forget the protective hoses and gaskets (if any).
7. Run the new pipe and secure it in the holders.
8. Observe the tightening torques of fastening the hose to the brake pipe - 15 Nm pipe to the master cylinder, distributor - 15 Nm.
9. Bleed the brake system.
