Installation of the moment of ignition



Installation of the moment of ignition

1 - label on the withdrawal of the high-voltage spark 1st cylinder
2 - a rotor of the gauge-distributor
3 - sensor bolt distributor


Location tags ignition timing on the crankshaft pulley on cars with ignition TSZ


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Rotate the crankshaft to TDC of the piston of 1st cylinder.
  2. Uncover the sensor-distributor. Make matching marks and rotor gauge-distributor.
  3. Put the lid sensor-distributor and check up installation of the moment of ignition stroboscope.
  4. Connect a stroboscope and a tachometer.
  5. Run the engine at idle and check the alignment marks on the cover, and timing gear on the scale of the crankshaft pulley.
  6. If necessary, loosen the bracket sensor-distributor and turn the sensor housing distributor before coincidence of labels.
  7. Tighten the screw that secures the bracket.
