Disassembly of the engine




Details of the engine block M 102

1 - the block of cylinders
2 - the holder of crankshaft rear oil seal
3 - timing cover
4 - the oil sump
5 - crankshaft front oil seal
6 - crankshaft rear oil seal
7 - oil pan gasket

8 - a cover of the radical bearing
9 - centering pin
10 - a stopper
11 - plug
12 - the index to set the ignition timing
13 - the fuel pump
14 - the adjusting pin


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the power unit.
  2. Remove the transmission from the engine.
  3. Mount the motor on the stand.
  4. Remove the engine generator, starter, intake and exhaust manifolds, power steering pump.
  5. Remove the cylinder head.
  6. Remove the dipstick.
  7. Lock the engine and remove the bolts of the crankshaft pulley.
  8. Remove engine oil sump.
  9. Remove the water pump.
  10. Remove the bolt Kit crankshaft pulley.
  11. Remove from the hub, remove the hub and pulley.
  12. Uncover the camshaft drive.


On engines M 102

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the cover and remove the oil pump gear.
  2. Remove the gauge-distributor.
  3. Remove the locking bolt persistent half rings of the intermediate shaft.
  4. Remove persistent half ring and remove the intermediate shaft.
  5. Remove the flywheel holder.
  6. Remove the flywheel bolts and remove the flywheel from the crankshaft.
  7. Turn the engine and remove the covers of rods. Make sure you have labels (number of cylinders) from the intake manifold to the covers of rods.
  8. Remove the cylinder through the piston with rods and put the covers of rods according to the numbering cylinders.
  9. Remove the piston pin by removing the snap ring.
  10. Put labels on the piston rod and the piston pin.
  11. Remove the oil pump drive spacer.
  12. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.
  13. Remove the crankshaft bearing caps of the crankshaft.
  14. Remove the crankshaft bearing housings, remove liners.
  15. Check, if necessary, the state of the oil pump.
  16. Clean and check all parts.
