PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Place the bonnet in the vertical position.
  2. Disconnect "weight" from the storage battery.
  3. Remove the bottom guard of the engine.
  4. Drain the oil from the engine.
  5. Drain the coolant.
  6. Remove the air filter from the intake of cold air.
  7. Remove the radiator by releasing the clips at the top.
  8. On vehicles with a position controller body, remove the pump body position controller.
  9. For vehicles with power steering aspirate syringe power steering fluid reservoir and disconnect hoses from the power steering pump.
  10. Disconnect the throttle actuator rod.
  11. Disconnect hoses from the engine inlet and outlet of the fluid to the radiator, heater and expansion tank.
  12. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the power system components.
  13. Disconnect the pressure regulator and fuel metering or hoses from the carburetor inlet and drain fuel.
  14. Remove the throttle rod.
  15. On vehicles with automatic gearbox, remove the thrust control pressure regulation.
  16. Disconnect the starter and generator. Disconnect from the gauge-distributor ignition, low-voltage wire and high voltage wire that goes to the ignition coil.
  17. Disconnect all the sensors and motors in the injection system and limit switch from the throttle position sensor and the pressure drive air flow meter.
  18. Remove the DLC and disconnect the connector from the rear of the TDC sensor.
  19. Remove the jumper on the "weight" of the engine.
  20. Disconnect the propeller shaft from output flange transmission.
  21. Depending on the engine and remove the shock front buffer.
  22. Remove the bolts from the front exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold and remove the front exhaust pipe mounting bracket to the gearbox.
  23. Disconnect the hose from the clutch connection at the back.
  24. On vehicles with automatic gearbox, disconnect the traction force of the solenoid valve switch back; disconnect draft of a gear lever; undock switch connector lock starter screwdriver inserted between the latch and wires; unscrew the sensor connector of the engine load.
  25. Remove the bolts from the engine mount bracket to the front cross beam and bracket to the rear gearbox crossmember.
  26. Hook the sling hoist for lifting eyebolts of the motor.
  27. Remove the rear crossmember.
  28. Tilt the power unit back at an angle of approximately 45 ?�, and remove it from the bay, avoiding damage to the oil pump.
  29. Remove the power unit.
