Installation of the power unit

Installation of the power unit is carried out in reverse order, with the following:
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Tighten all threaded joints specified torque.
Pposle radiator mounting and connecting hoses, check whether the wrapped drain plug of the cylinder.
On cars with a manual gearbox pay attention to the correct alignment of the clutch plate;
Coat the spline end of the primary shaft of a transmission thin layer of grease before connecting the gearbox to the engine.
On cars with a flywheel with two counterweights internal splines of the hub clutch disc nickel and lubricate the splined end of the primary shaft of a transmission is not required. See. Clutch.
Fill the engine oil fill and bleed the cooling system.
Pour the oil in the gearbox.
Depending on the modification to adjust the throttle actuator rod and trigger device.
On vehicles with automatic gearbox, adjust the traction drive control pressure regulator.
