PERFORMANCE ORDER

See. See also Section Removal and installation of the master cylinder.

  1. Details of installation of the pedal assembly shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cover under the dashboard on the left and right front pad.
  3. Remove the hose connecting the tank of brake fluid from the GTZ (11).
  4. Disconnect from the GTZ (11) hydraulic line (17).
  5. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of stoplights.
  6. With the appropriate equipment, disconnect the wiring from the sensor clutch pedal.
  7. Disconnect the brake pedal return spring.
  8. Remove the lock (22) and remove the brake pedal assembly of the bearing bracket.
  9. Give nuts (24) fixing the pedal bracket assembly to the engine compartment bulkhead.
  10. Remove the upper bolt (23) securing the pedal.
  11. By submitting pedal assembly back, remove the base plate with stud bolts, and then pull it out at an angle from the foot well.
  12. If necessary, disassemble the pedal assembly.
  13. Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the gauge-switch of stoplights shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the cover to the left under the dashboard.
  3. Disconnect from the gauge-switch of stoplights (S9) wiring.
  4. Release the clip (2) and remove the gauge-switch (S9).
  5. Pull the plug (1) to lock out the sensor, press the pedal (24) and set the sensor switch on the regular place, having tracked reliability snaps into place (2) adjustment of the gauge-switch automatically.
  6. The further installation is made in the reverse order of dismantle of components.
