Replacement brake hoses



Details of the installation of the flexible hose of the front wheel brake mechanism (for example, models equipped with caliper floating type)

Details of installation of flexible hose Rear brake (for example, models equipped with caliper floating type)


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the brake hoses are shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Disconnect the hose (5) brake line (51), - immediately plug the open end of the brake line.
  3. When working on the brake mechanisms of forward wheels, release the latch of the hose (51) wiring from wear indicator and wheel speed, and then remove the banjo bolt choke connector and disconnect the hose from the caliper.
  4. When working on the brake mechanisms of forward wheels disconnect the hose by unscrewing the nipple of the caliper.
  5. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace sealing washers choke connectors.
  6. Finally, adjust the hydraulic fluid level and bleed the brake system (see. Section Bleeding brake system).
