Removal and installation of the top hatch frame

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the flap (see. Section Removal and installation of a cover of the top hatch).
  2. Remove the drive cable (see. Section Removal and installation of a cable of a drive of the top hatch).
  3. Remove the ceiling upholstery (see. Some of salon equipment).
  4. Otboltite guide tube (3) from the frame (1) of the hatch.
  5. Disconnect drainage hoses (2) installed in each of the corners of the frame.
  6. Remove the mounting bolts (4) and remove the frame (1).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set the side guides and grooves in hinged brackets (arrows) on the left and right conductors (6).

Conductors should be removed only after installing the hatch.

  1. Fill the frame (1) on the regular place, taking care of tight seal landing clearance.
  2. Replace and tighten the screws (4), and then take care of the correct connection of the drain hose (2) and guide tube (3).
  3. The further installation is made in the reverse order of disassembly of components - be sure to remove the cap after installing the conductors (6).
