Removing and installing reservoir Windshield washer fluid

Details of installation of washer fluid reservoir (model 463.323)


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the expansion tank (except models 463,323) - 463,323 models tank is placed in the left side of the engine compartment.
  2. Remove the locker (2) protect and defend the corresponding wheel arch (see. Section Removal and installation of lockers to protect the wheel arches).
  3. Remove the resonator chamber of an air path with Water Collector (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust) and, without disconnecting the drain hose assembly, slide to the side (except models 463.323).
  4. Give a nut (3) the bolts (9) Disconnect the wiring connectors pump (M5 / 1 M5 / M5 and 2/3) and the washer fluid level sensor (S42), release the harness hose (5) and remove the tank (8).
  5. Drain any excess fluid from the reservoir into the prepared container, then disconnect the intake hose pumps, preliminary having marked them in order to ensure proper connection at assembly.

To detach the hose (7) headlight wipers pump (M5 / 2) Release the clip (6).

  1. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of landing of a sealing ring filler neck (4).
  2. Finally, fill the washer fluid reservoir and check that its supply to the nozzles of the respective washer.
