Removing and installing interior door handles



The front doors

Details of the installation of the internal handle of the front door

1 - Plug
2 - Bolt

9 - Bowden cable (Bowden)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the plug (1), unscrew the bolt (2), release the clips, disconnect the drive cable (9) and remove the handle.
  2. Installation is in the reverse order.

Rear doors

Details of installation of the internal handle of the rear door

1 - Plug
2 - Bolt

9 - Bowden cable

The procedure is similar to the procedure described above for the front door.

Tailgate

Details of installation of the internal handle of the tailgate

1 - Built-in actuator
2 - Locking spring

3, 4 - Stoppers

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the interior door trim (see. Section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
  2. Gently squeeze and slide the looped to the edge of the door built into the door assembly of the drive mechanism (1).
  3. Release mechanism (1) as to allow access to the locking spring (2).
  4. Press the spring (2) on the locking tab (3), leaving it hooked on the tab (4).
  5. Disconnect drive traction.
  6. Installation is in the reverse order.
