Removing and installing bonnet



All self-locking fasteners be replaced without fail!

In addition 463,333 models

Details of installation of the bonnet (except models 463.333)

1, 3 - Bolts
2 - Upper crossbeam ancestor
4 - Castle

5 - Drive cable
6 - adjusting screw
7 - Screw nipple

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the front grille (see. Section Removal and installation of the front grille).
  2. Remove the bolts (1) at the top cross beam front end (2), - the beam tilt slightly backwards to ensure better access to nuts with its lower side.
  3. Disconnect from the beam (2) ground bus.
  4. Releasing the cable lock is released, the actuator latch lock (5), remove the beam (2).
  5. Loosen the adjusting screw (6) and pull, disconnect the cable (5) from the castle assembly (4).
  6. Loosen the screws (3) and remove the lock (4).
  7. Installation is in the reverse order, if necessary, replace the washers. Make sure that the threaded nipple (7) Cable (5) provides the minimum free lift the hood.

Details of installation of the bonnet (model 463.333)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the front grille (see. Section Removal and installation of the front grille).
  2. Remove the bolts (5) in the upper transverse beam front end (6) and remove the last, releasing a cable from the retainer.
  3. Remove the bolts (1) - if necessary, prepare a replacement washer.
  4. Disconnect the drive cable (2) and remove the lock assembly (3).
  5. Installation is in the reverse order - make sure that the arrow mark on the castle assembly has been rotated to the left. The cable connect to the castle only after the installation of the latter.
