Removing and installing electric window regulator door



The front doors

Details of the installation of the front door window regulator

1, 2, 5, 7 - Screws
3 - Guide
6 - Mounting Bracket
8 - Connector wiring

M10 / 3 - The electric motor drives the left door window
M10 / 4 - Electric motor drive right door window

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the interior door trim (see. Section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
  2. Remove the door control module (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
  3. Remove the insulation film overlay (see. Section Removal and installation of interior trim door assembly), - the damaged lining must be replaced.
  4. Taking action against the glass falling down, remove the screws (1 and 2) control.
  5. Remove the screws (5) securing the mounting bracket (6).
  6. Remove the screws (7) securing the drive motor (M10 / M10 or 3/4) Disconnect the connector (8) wiring.
  7. Remove the window regulator assembly from the door frame.
  8. Installation is in the reverse order. Before tightening the screws (1 and 2), align the guide (3) in parallel with respect to the frame and the glass of the window opening.
  9. Finally, make sure of serviceability of functioning drive and ride the glass.

Rear doors

The procedure is similar to the procedure described above for the front door.
